The Body of the People

The Body of the People” is site-specific multimedia performance reflecting upon the state of protest in the United States today at the site of the very first protest in America – The Old South Meeting House, where the Boston Tea Party started in 1773. Using drawings and excerpts from slogans, mission statements and manifestos from the major protest movements in the United States today accompanied by jazz musicians and an opera singer.
