The taxi painting was created using Jackson Pollock's technique of painting, pouring enamel paint onto a flat canvas - a technique i started my career with back In 2002 to created an abstract series called "organised chaos". Ten years later i revisit the approach to create large scale figurative pieces. The spaghetti like layers and matrices sometimes give a melting sensation and texture up close yet from afar the image leaps out at you from across the room.
