Rachelle Ferrell

This painting was inspired by Jazz. I wanted to capture the colour of Jazz, it's spirit and how the performers captivate the audience and lure us into their world whilst raising the hairs on our skin and tickling our soul with the vibrations. Rachelle Ferrell is an American vocalist and musician who begin singing at age 6 known very well in the Jazz world. This painting was exhibited in a Swiss gallery during the renowned Montreux Jazz Festival attracting an International audience.
