Spin the Bottle is a curious glass sculpture designed by artist Lourdes Torgersen. The piece is built from 87 wine bottles glasses (all donated by friends!) that are kiln formed and each hand cut in the center, where they are positioned on a metal pole. LTart created this original textural art piece by using layers of glass and adding cylindrical wood cut in the center and sliced one by one in unexpected places. Only when you rotate around the object and viewed from different angles you can have a full effect. Fusing form and function, the result is a beautiful, unique, poetic, one-of-a-kind sculpture. This remarkable piece took about six months to get ready!
