Natalie Levkovska

Natalie Levkovska is a wallpaper designer and painter started her career around 20 years ago as a miniaturist. She graduated in Design and Art from Vilnius Art Academy and also from Abramcevo College of Applied Arts in Moscow. Natalie had 13 solo exhibitions and had participated in 6 group exhibitions. In 2006 she moved to England there lived till 2009 and started painting bigger size oil canvases. First paintings were inspired by English countryside views. This cycle of works was shown in couple group exhibitions in London and later in Vilnius. The second collection of paintings’ inspired by magnificent Cathedral in Seville. The artist was concentrating on colour and expressing the feelings of spiritual spaces. The author focuses on what is tangent and near, and the frequency of the objects being displayed, and wavens sensually in a silver, golden or other mood lace The latest period is a story about sea, gulls and homeland landscapes.
